The girl who served me was nice. Very polite but this time I’m not 100% satisfied about the treatment. She didn’t respect the time it says on the Treatwell app to make the waxing. Obviously she was in a rush, she had other clients waiting. And at the end I was checking the job she did and I had to say to remove some hair she didn’t see at all. Usually, it is Maddalena who attends me and she is amazing! Next time I will make sure to have an appointment just with her.

Great value for money and happy with my haircut. Reason I gave the treatment four stars is because it was cut with my parting very wonky, luckily this wasn't too much of an issue as I have long hair and just having a trim. The salon could have been cleaner (lots of hair tangled in brushes etc) but didn't expect any more for the price I paid, especially in central London.

lovely beautician, great wax. shame about the very steep steps downstairs and the tiny treatment room that was not at all soundproof!

Great pedicure. Beautician was really lovely and did a great job. What let the whole experience down was a really uncomfortable chair, and the glass wall made me feel a little uncomfortable when people used the stairs on the other side of the glass.
