Waxing is never an easy experience for me. Being cursed with thick dark hair, hair is a massive insecurity for me. I can’t remmeber the name of the lady who did my wax, something like Nikita? But she made the hardship of a wax for me easy! Was very supportive and helped me relax whilst having a Hollywood (something that isn’t easy and painless for anyone)
The actual shop itself was fairly noisy as you are under the hair salon, and the room could have been cleaner/ more relaxing however I can’t knock the wax itself or the value for money!

The place is extremely busy and very small. When I first walked in, the man at reception and one of the women who worked there made me feel very uncomfortable as he was explaining that I had appointment and was next, and she was shaking her head no and saying “I can’t do it”. Just a very rude and awkward way to go into a salon. However, the lady who cut my hair was lovely! She completely understood what I wanted and spent a great deal of time getting my layers/wispy ends just right. She was very thorough and made me feel very confident in her abilities. I didn’t catch her name sadly, but would definitely go to see her again (at a much less busy time).
