The experience did not start well as they tried to argue that my hair (between chin and shoulder) and not short. They said short was men’s length. They eventually gave in. My hair was then shampooed and left for 10mins. I was then shifted out of the basin area to sit in a chair with shampoo running down my back. The keratin was then applied and my hair dried. When we came to the flat irons, the guy ran the iron over the top of my hair and not the usual 4 or 5 times with previous keratins. It was all done in under an hour. I suppose you get what you pay for.
