The highlights were an epic failure, I took their offer to fix it but to no avail. I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered and I’d really like my money back.

The gentleman who cut my hair was very pleasant. The haircut itself was very good, however the blow dry was not what I expected and as soon as I walked out, my curls dropped. The salon itself was very busy and crammed and felt very impersonal

The staff seems to change fairly regularly at Splash, but you can rely on them to be decent. Efficient manicure, always on time, good choice of colours and reasonably priced.
