This was a very quick but bad wax. There is still hair where there shouldn’t be and I felt like she really rushed without looking to see if everything had been taken off. I am very disappointed as I am a regular and this has not happened before.

Great value of money for the standard of treatments. My blow dry was prioritised over walk in customers as I had booked which was great.

Beautician was not attentive and did not even give me a chance to check. Left without even cleaning and removing all wax. I had to apply wax remover lotion myself
