Unfortunately did not have a good experience. The lady who did the manicure was both impatient at her work, and careless to details.
The bits around the edge of the nails were not cut off until mentioned and pointed out. I was told that this was not included as part of the treatment despite the fact that I booked a full gel manicure rather than express. Gel also over filled the sides of the nails.
Lady was very rough when pushing back the cuticles. When politely asked to do it slightly more gentle she turned it back and said that it only hurts because I did manicure too often. With many years experience on manicure it appears to be it is only painful, when it was done too harshly.
The lady at reception was helpful and very friendly!

Not the best experience of a manicure! The lady on reception was lovely but the therapist barely said a word. I felt the manicure was rushed, she didn’t buff my nails and to be honest I could have done a better job myself. Wouldn’t recommend!
