Very impersonal. Argued with me about the appointment time. Then just arbitrarily put wax on my face as opposed to where it was necessary. Broke the skin caused a rash. All a very rushed job. Wish I’d stuck to New Row as per always as they’re so much better

The salon is quite small and extremely busy but all the staff is very friendly. Francesco the hairdresser who did my blow dry was really nice and I was very pleased with the results. Will go back
