I was runnning 5mins late, so I was initially pleased that this was not a problem for the salon.
The room was shabby and unkempt, the courtesy towel whilst not filthy was not fresh and was stained.
The treatment was slapdash, with many places missed altogether. No after lotion was offered upon completion

Had the treatment moved back by 10 mins and then had to wait another 10 mins before being seen and just told to sit downstairs. Otherwise nice staff and good mani!
