Despite there being a small mishap with my appointment (the treatment wasn't done), plenty was offered to make up for it - they went above and beyond. Best haircut I've ever had also.

The wax seemed very rushed and unprofessional. after getting back home I've realised there are SO many patches yet left to wax. Not happy at the fact that I payed for a job that wasn't completed.
