Charged extra because front section of my hair was below shoulder, even though majority is above so it counted as long hair. Only £3 extra but the receptionist described it as arbitrary and the haircut still took the same amount of time as the estimate for medium hair so don't understand why the charge was necessary!

Great staff and good value for money! Good location but the beauticians’ rooms are probably too compact - it would be amazing if they reviewed the downstairs space to make it a little more spacious.
