Disappointing. Lovely beautician, very friendly and did a good job given the speed it was done at. However, I wouldn’t recommend purely for facilities and ambience. The room was located in the basement and very tiny and unclean, barely any room for the lady to work as well. Also very loud heavy beats pounding in the background didn’t make it enjoyable.

Charged extra because front section of my hair was below shoulder, even though majority is above so it counted as long hair. Only £3 extra but the receptionist described it as arbitrary and the haircut still took the same amount of time as the estimate for medium hair so don't understand why the charge was necessary!
