They were v thorough with the olaplex treatment. Be mindful before booking this salon has the vibe of a budget men's barber so this may not be for you if you're expecting some serene spa environment. But staff are friendly and will try to make sure your hair is cut as requested. I just went for a trim/tidy up so I think this was good value for a West End haircut.
