The stylist didn't do what I asked for and cut way too much off. Not only is it too short but was thinned out in the wrong places so looks even worse. It will take months to grow back. I'm so angry. I've been going to Splash for years and it's normally great but this stylist is so bad. The booking system also needs to be changed so its easier to select a better stylist.

Henry was great! obviously it must be hard for staff at the moment with all the extra safety requirements due to Covid-19. Henry still managed to be friendly and make the experience enjoyable. Thanks!

My haircut was in the basement level, which was a little smelly. Thankfully I was wearing a mask.
Got more hair on my clothes than what I would expect, but it was a good haircut.
