Mask wearing very lax. Stylist had very little English and although I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair to look, it was not right and he had to do it again. I was unaware you still had walk up so I booked and so paid more than I usually do, £16.50 as opposed to around £13. During the cut the stylist dropped the comb, picked it up, did not clean it and used it again on my hair!

I am going to this saloon since 2018. Every person that has taken care of me was great. Thank you all guys and truly thanks to Jesus for the amazing haircut and the conversation we had in Spanish as I am learning Spanish and he was the 1st person that I tried to speak.

Not the usual service I get from Splash. I get that they need to cut operational costs but unfortunately this has allowed for the service level to drop. No conditioner used during wash; both hair brushes had loads of other hair tangled. New bags used to cover you are not long enough- so all the cut hair ends up on your clothes. Music so loud that the stylist could barely hear me. Hair cut and blow dry came out nice, but disappointed with everything else
