It’s a very small place so there’s little in the way of social distancing. The scissors/clippers didn’t look like they’d been cleaned in between appointments. I tried to ask my stylist for a fade and they had trouble understanding what that meant. I went with a friend who also booked for a wash and cut but wasn’t offered a hair wash. I’m very happy with my actual haircut but the experience in the salon could do with some work.
In and out in 20mins - there was nothing luxurious about this. Hairdresser didn’t discuss style etc with me when I arrived, straight to hair wash - Did not get the conditioning treatment. After wash, quick question about how much to take off the length - agreed an inch. The cut itself was rough and ready, I felt there was very little precision, and then it was blow dried and done. No question whether happy or not, how I’d like it styled etc. Fine for a standard no-frills trim but not v enjoyable
My booking was moved to this branch from another which wasn't wasn't issue but I had to change the date. I was scheduled for 17:50 but didn't get seen until 18:10. A gentleman with a 18:00 appointment was seen before me even though I had been waiting. My hair was cut but my stylist didn't listen to what I asked for. He styled my hair and after checking it I left. When I reached home and looked again, the styling had gone and I realised that one side of my hair was longer than the other.
