It was actually Melania who did my hair but she was great. It took a little longer but she put time into making sure my hair had lifted properly and that damage was minimised as I was going from dark to very light. I was really happy with the result!

Good for blow drys but not highlights hair looks no different - waste of time and money. no foils used, no tonor, wasn't even asked what colour I wanted
