I was re-located to the Charing Cross branch as the store I'd booked at was closed (not sure why it's on Treatwell) so I didn't have this therapist. My manicure was simply bad. One nail was filed down so much it bled, parts of my skin were picked off when she did my cuticles, the shellac round the edges of some nails is jagged and already peeling off, the squoval shape I asked for is actually wonky. The woman doing it seeemed perfectly nice, but I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Carlos was great - but the salon is really small, packed and quite unclean In places. It wasn’t a calm experience. But that said, it was cheaper than most.
I would personally pay more for a nicer experience elsewhere going forwards, but if you’re not bothered about it, give it a go
