The stylist was running 20 mins late. The hair up started to fall out as soon as I left the salon. I had to get a friend at the wedding to redo parts of it that had fallen out. The clips were not in securely. Really disappointed.

I am a regular at Splash Salon and adore Bal. She is fantastic! She always does things so well and takes great pride in her work. Unfortunately Bal wasn’t available last week and the treatments were terrible. I got my nails done (shellac) before a trip away and they all split by day 3 and had begun to chip. I got them re-done at a different salon when I returned and they were genuinely shocked at how badly they had been done. Hollywood wax was not done properly. Leg wax was painful and never is
