Appointment was moved to soho branch due to sickness at a later time.
Nail technician was unable to paint nails with normal polish (tried x2 different colours) and the polish dried all patchy. The salon was extremely hot, so after removing the polish and trying another colour for the second time I just said it was fine and I’d leave it and get a refund.Explained the situation to the manager at reception and asked for a refund, however yet to recieve refund & no reply from the salon.
I’m very disappointed with my recent hair color appointment. I showed the stylist a clear photo of the color I wanted — a rich chestnut brown — but instead, I ended up with golden blonde streaks I never asked for. The color is completely wrong, and my hair now looks and feels damaged. It was a total waste of my time and money. I trusted the stylist to deliver what we discussed, and I left feeling upset and extremely let down. This was not the professional service I expected, and I regret it
