I arrived a few minutes early to find that my hairdresser had not yet arrived, which I thought was OK until I met him. He was rude from the outset, didn't ask me how I like my hair or even examine it before hand.he went straight for the wash, no confirmation of temperature, which was cold by the way. No massage as stated in description. To cut along story short, he switched me to a much better female hairdresser but as good as she was, I won't ever be back. I don't recommend at all!
