Erick did a great job but I was really unhappy with the extra cost for ‘toner’. I have been getting highlights for over 10 years and no one has ever had to use toner. Whilst the foils were on my head I was told that without toner it would not look very good. He did a great job and was clearly uncomfortable when the person at the desk suddenly attempted to charge an extra £17 for toner. I refused as this was absolutely ludicrous and was told that an extra charge of £10 was the best he could do.

The salon looks dirty and aged , but the hair stylist was really good. She doesn't understand english, but she gave me a nice haircut! For the price i paid it was a nice experience, i will come back. Thanks!
