The stylist who did my hair was very good but the manager added an extra amount on to my bill which I didn’t think was correct never had this problem before and been lots of times before and overall he was quite rude as I seen with the other customers in the salon.

Not a good experience. Got there to be told to wait 15 mins. Once the beautician could see me I waited a further 10 mins & then she kept complaining how rushed we’d have to be & all the problems at work (bit unprofessional). She also couldn’t do a French manicure which is what I wanted. Didnt do anything with my cuticles & didnt soak my nails at all after taking the old shellac off. She was a lovely person just disappointed with the overall experience
