Lovely hair wash and blow dry, but not enough hair cut off - still have split ends! Think this might've been due to a language barrier. I said I wanted to take as little off as possible but enough so that my hair was healthy, with the latter part not really understood.

The team are very welcoming. Slot is booked for an hour but they washed, cut and blow dried my hair in 35mins. great timings for a haircut to have done during my lunch break and make it back to the office with time to spare :)

Ruth was friendly, welcoming and efficient. However, after my wax yesterday, I woke up with two large red burn marks from the strips on both sides of my bikini area, and a scab in one area where the skin was damaged. Therefore, I can only give a poor review and would not recommend to future customers.
