Unfortunately the place was quite dirty and a really bad smell was coming out of the toilets right where the basement for ‘beauty treatments’ is. The lady was really sweet but wasn’t good at painting nails.

There's no two ways about it: the haircut was not good. Uneven and not what I asked for, despite having a photo reference which I left up on my phone for the whole appointment. I couldn't communicate with the stylist as she didn't understand what I was saying. In the end I was full of anxiety and just had to get out of the chair. Nails and eyebrows were good, the therapists were lovely, but the haircut was all wrong and marred the experience.
