Was in and out in 15 mins, in which time the stylist had managed to ruin my hair. He left the hair on one side of my head stick horizontally out from my scalp. He then tried to correct it by blow drying my hair till my scalp burnt. He then admitted it looked ridiculous and proceeded to cut that side of my head much shorter, ignoring the other side. He then put a huge amount of product in my hair to hide his mistake. At no point did I get an apology. I’ve now booked another haircut to fix this.
