Lovely stylist to speak to, however painful experience and results didn’t last very long. Asked for wavy blow dry and this was done twirling my hair with a round brush, blow drying and tugging - would have been better blow dried straight and using straighteners to create waves (less painful and longer lasting)

Emily was overall very pleasant and friendly but I have since washed and blow dried my hair myself and it is not straight (I have a photo of you’d like to see it). I’m unhappy and would appreciate a refund, or similar.
