I have been using splash for over 10 years. I have to use the booking system as I have to fit in my haircut around my work hours. The system works well. I had no issues with this haircut and always recommend Splash to friends. Always an efficient service and friendly staff.

Overall the haircut was pretty good and I got the length I wanted. The wash was nice as well and the hairdresser was clearly skilled. However, I arrived on time for my appointment and the shop was still shut and the atmosphere inside was quite cold.

Waiting for hairdresser to prep her tools for 10 mins after our appointment time. Layered haircut only took 10-15 minutes, which was quicker than expected
