I came in with an awful tone of hair colour. Guiseppe absolutely saved my hair, took the time to go through all the different shades and mixed a few shades to get the exact tone I wanted. Absolutely over the moon with the result, in love with it!

Painfull experience. Only shampoo was used, no free conditioning as advertised, no heat protector used at all. I asked for a wavy blowdry, and got very painfull experience of hair twirling and constant brush pulling (couldn't keep head straight). If I knew how painful my blowdry is going to be, I would have only asked for a rough dry. I left the venue with some waves (phew!) and eyes bulging out from all that pulling...
