The most chaotic salon I’ve ever seen it’s so unprofessional, stylist was rude and not very friendly. Only place to wash hair is in the waiting area very cramped, my head was under the coat rack so people constantly reaching over and hanging coats over my head. He made me feel uncomfortable and spoke in a very defensive tone. He didn’t seem confident in cutting women’s hair.

Worst haircut experience. The first thing the receptionist told me was that my hair was too long for short hair. My hair was just above the shoulder. Usually this is the length of short hair. But their definition for short hair for female is above the ears. For male, sure. Female, weird. I paid for the extra but the service was poor. I told the stylist that I wanted layer and especially for the back. What I got is a no layered at back haircut. And the stylist refused to trim the back shorter.
