While the staff is very nice and tries her best, the place downstairs is horribly unhygienic. I am sure they never clean the floor or counter space, tools or sheets after every appointment.

I had balyage done by Galia, it took longer than planned as my hair had unexpected results when the bleaching started, but Galia knew what to do and the overall result turned out lovely!!!!!
