Evelina is the sweetest, she’s the main reason I go back to this place every time! She is lovely, and the wax is always quick and relatively painless (definitely the least painful I’ve had) but with really good results too. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, honestly couldn’t recommend enough.

This time I wasn't fully happy with my haircut. I didn't realise it in the hair salon only at home having had a closer look in the mirror. My hair was cut in several different lengths. At my forehead it's too short, at the middle is 1cm in length, the back is 1.5 and the side has an area where is 3cm above the 0 fade. It was disconnected to the right but there was extra hair left on the side.
The haircut didn't take more than 15 mins, so I think she rushed it. I wish to get a full refund...
