It’s a no frills salon but its low price point and easiness to book last minute is helpful. My gel nails lasted well also

Hair stylist didn’t acknowledge the description of my curly hair and that I requested for the ends of my hair to be trimmed while I wanted the front short. I had to leave with my hair very short.

My second time at the salon and was very disappointed with my recent Hollywood wax. Firstly, I was given antibacterial cleaning surface wipes to clean before the wax. The waxing itself was poor—30% of the hair was left, including long hairs, and my skin was nipped multiple times. Instead of apologising, the beautician made excuses although she was friendly during my appointment. This was a completely different experience from my last visit with a different beautician. I would not return.
