receptionist was on a very long call when i arrived to check in for appointment, i asked for help from the other staff to help check me in as i had stood waiting for a while but the staff was very rude.

One of my go-to places for a quick haircut. Never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and cheerful, and Henry is great. Always get compliments on my hair afterwards.
