My appointment was at 4pm. When I came at 4pm my stylist was still busy so I said I’d come back in 10/15 mins which I did BUT I still had to wait another 10/15 mins til I was given a different stylist, who was very good, however your email rescheduling my appointment wasn’t sent til later! So I only saw it when I got home! I was very happy with my blow dry but the lateness meant I was in a rush to meet my next appointment. Just saying
