My appointment was at 4pm. When I came at 4pm my stylist was still busy so I said I’d come back in 10/15 mins which I did BUT I still had to wait another 10/15 mins til I was given a different stylist, who was very good, however your email rescheduling my appointment wasn’t sent til later! So I only saw it when I got home!
I was very happy with my blow dry but the lateness meant I was in a rush to meet my next appointment.

The worst experience ever. I’ve booked shellac removal and instead of 10min it took nearly 1h. The lady left me waiting for 15min with the foil and acetone on my nails while she went to do waxing on someone else and most of the shellac didn’t come of
