Asked for smooth and straight with a slight flick at the end - got curls and waves. Didn't even attempt to comb through hair with conditioner to detangle - just kept yanking brush through wet hair pulling and tugging. If weather wasn't icy, cold and wet - would have walked out with wet hair!
