It is slightly unwelcoming environment and not very calm. You can hear staff chattering away in the staff room next door. The technician was even complaining about bad lighting and the polish is not as close to bottom of nail as I would like.

Splash Charing Cross is a budget salon, a little cramped but the therapists were very attentive and the venue clean. Unfortunately on this ocassion my appointment was delayed 10 mins.
