My hairdresser was great but constantly had to multitask, answer the phone, talk to customers & take payments etc. This place would benefit from a receptionist rather than having staff doing everything considering how small and busy this place gets. Im not sure about the special conditioner treatment if they did put it in it was only left in for a few minutes which normally you need more time. Overall the wash, cut and blow dry was fab and my hairdresser did a great job.
