Normally Splash - Charing Cross is a haven for hair magic, but on my last visit this was not the case. The root touch-up turned into a three-act saga of mismatched reds, eventually culminating in a simple brown that tamed the fiery mess. I was relieved, but the disappointment lingered. Apart from the communication difficulties, the colour tone missed its target. Let's hope for a symphony of colour next time, as they have guaranteed that my colour is now on their computer - fingers crossed!

Kari was very professional and she had a great customer service. The only thing that I didn't really appreciate, was one of the other stylist, who was shaving himself in the shop. I found it very unprofessional.

Veronica was lovely.
However the quality of product I guess, is poor. I had a chip within a few days. Never happens at my usual place.
Also they did not have the shade I wanted. They don’t have many shades as it is so surely they should be on top of their stock. It is a shame as Veronica tried and generally did a great job, so thank you to her.
