I feel mislead and disappointed by Treatwell and Splash. 1) After reading reviews, booked a Ladies’ Haircut including wash, conditioning treatment, and blow dry with Maria. Maria did NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, and this was never indicated. Because of this, there was NO consultation, she was confused re which services I booked, and did not provide the conditioning treatment. 2) supposedly discounted prices on Treatwell are higher than walk-in prices. This unfairly distorts client expectations.

I booked for 2 treatments but only received one. After my eyebrows were done I waited for 10 minutes to then be told there was no one there to do my nails. I understood and had no issue with this as these things can happen. The issue is I called for a refund and was told it would appear in the next few days. It’s been 2 weeks and no refund
