Good waxing experience, was relatively pain free and professional. It was really really warm in the treatment room (I was sweating a lot) and the heat makes the waxing process harder because it doesn’t dry quickly. Would suggest they get a fan!

Awful horrendous haircut, not who i booked specifically with, far shorter and not what i asked for or showed lady on a photo of a simple long bob, hair has random layers uneven. Stylist used no heat protection or styled it
