Stylist did an ok job but managed to insult me several times by saying my hair was thin and my existing cut didn’t suit me. This was unprovoked and not in response to anything they were doing. I only requested a normal blow dry

Don’t think the actual Brazilian blowdry was that effective and I don’t think she applied it right as it went on my hair while still wet, not dry
