I made a last-minute booking for a hair treatment with wash and blow-dry. Granted, it was on a bank holiday, so there was chaos due to higher foot traffic. Space is a luxury at this location, but I think the staff did their best with what was available. The treatment and the blow-dry were professionally done and ended on time.

I booked the treatment which included free hair treatment, this was not provided. The service was rushed and the haircut was of extremely poor quality leaving my hair different lengths requiring me to go to another salon, pay another £50 to get it fixed. I am very disappointed.

Waiting for a refund from the salon. I’ve never complained about a haircut or asked for money back but the stylist on this occasion has hacked away at my hair. I’ve had better experiences at Splash previously.
