Splash Charing Cross deteriorated: 1.??Use of Qualified -??Professional registered hairdressers 2..Minimal /Limited understanding of English language -manage clueless to interpret obituary tries 3.Poor communication skills 4.Resultant - damage to hair and service not delivered 5. Not taking ownership of their incorrect interpretation , damage to my hair even when photos shown -unable to get them to understand requests & do correct procedure . 5. Booked in incorrectly. 6.venue not as clean
