I did book just before the appointment time but there wasn’t anyone free to do my nails when I got there. I don’t think the nail tech I had was who the booking was put under, she seemed nice but didn’t wait long enough for the gel to soften to remove the previous gels so the residue is still at the sides of my nail beds. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted and shaped them uneven and slanted when I asked her to change what she was doing despite me asking many times. Colour is nice but is a bit messy.
