A bit of a chaotic place but had a great haircut and very quick! Wash cut and blow dry in 30 mins. Good value but the cut was shorter than I’d have liked

I had a lovely man who works in the salon. Who had nothing to do with my appointment. However he took the time to look after me. He was professional. For his time and consideration. I brought him a fancy cookie. To say thank you. Next time l'll ho straight yo him. If not there l'll go somewhere else. Such a kind man. The therapist was excellent! I can't fault her. It's the reception at the front at Charring Cross. I could understand what happening to the customer service there. Sophia
