Nikita is a lovely warm,welcoming person who heard what I requested and was considerate of my request throughout my session with her. The manager -Henry has considerable and appreciable customer service skills demonstrated by the fact that no matter how busy they are or mistakes are made with bookings(by the customer) he resolves the problems.He is always warm and welcoming -( makes you feel like family which is much appreciated when you have a bad day). Thank you team Henry!🙏
