I booked haircut and blow dry. From the moment I walked in it was a mediocre experience that just became worse over the minute. The stylist did not speak to me once and did not check how I wanted my hair cut or blow dry done. When I tried asking her to reduce the heat in the dryer she just snickered and said London is hot. Throughout the session she kept talking to her colleague in a non English language and not once tried checking with me on the experience or even preference for hair style
