The haircut was fine but I was charged more on Treatwell than if I had paid in the shop, the haircut was a lower price than was advertised on Treatwell

Appointment was 50mins late. Apparently it was my fault because I didn't answer my phone on the way to the appointment, even though it had been confirmed days before. I was left waiting downstairs next to the washing machine and had to ask for a refreshment. Therapist was nice but result was ok, a bit lopsided and some hairs missed. Staff lovely but management's customer service a lot to be desired
