Really disappointed! Paid for hot wax and mainly got strip wax. Wax was painful and missed large areas. I asked the therapist to tidy up but still areas missed. Been coming to splash for 8 years but last two waxes have been awful so I won’t be coming again, especially as the prices are not as competitive anymore for the bad service.
